    Workshop Description:

The Friendship Care Space is a thoughtful and real world workshop for mental health professionals who want to better support clients in navigating their friendships. We’ll also explore culturally responsive ways to talk about friendship and mental health, especially for clients whose social connections are shifting through life transitions.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

    1. Identify the key elements of a healthy friendship and their impact on emotional well-being.

    2. Help clients explore their identity and how it shows up in their friendships.
