This legislative session, the Sunset Commission recommended the consolidation of the licensing boards for MFTs, LPCs, LCSWs and Psychologists.  The bill failed to pass and the behavioral health licensing boards will be back up for review in 2 years.  If you are interested in learning more go to:   https://www.sunset.texas.gov/
